Chromogenic Prints

Traditional photographic processes are used to producing C-Prints. Kodak Endura Professional Paper is exposed with light and then run through a chemical process. Kodak Endura Professional Paper is the best photographic paper currently available. I offer C-Prints on three different print surfaces: Lustre, Matte and Metallic. See pricing in the table below.

Inkjet Prints

Images are printed on Epson Lustre paper using Epson Ultrachrome HDR inks on an Epson Stylus Pro 9900 printer. These inks are archival and will resist fading under indoor lighting for about 100 years. I use the Lustre for my Landscape photographs. If you want glossy paper please contact me before you submit your order.

Plack Mount

I offer ready-to-hang plak mounted prints. Plak mounted prints are mounted to premium hardboard or fiberboard and then sealed and protected by a tough, durable and washable laminate.

Should I Choose C-Prints or Photo Inkjet Prints?

Chromogenic prints (C-Prints) have a known track record, and that makes a lot of users feel comfortable with it. If you look at the galleries of the volume print sellers like Thomas Mangelsen or Peter Link they are using chromogenic prints. But the high-end pigmented inkjet prints from Epson, HP, Canon, and a few others, which are accepted by most to last longer than chromogenic prints, and have come to be accepted by the art world. Many believe, as do I, that Inkjet prints produce a more dramatic and longer lasting image than the traditional C-Print.

Some of my prints may be a different size than those on the chart. For artistic reasons I often crop a 30 x 20 photograph to 30 x 18 to give it more of a landscape look. Your price would be the same as that of a 30 x 20 print and you should select that size at checkout. If you have any questions please contact me.

All of my prices in the tables and in the shopping cart already include an 8% sales tax for New York residents. If you are from out of state, contact me before ordering and I will subtract the tax.
